Inbound Freight should be sent to the Advanced Warehouse following the guidelines below. Direct shipments will only be accepted at the facility during the times of Exhibitor Move-In found in the Show Schedule portion at the beginning of this page. For all inbound shipments, the shipping labels on the left-hand menu should be attached to each box. If a booth number has not been provided when you send the freight, please put TBD. If inbound freight is not purchased through the Exhibitor Kit before the discount deadline, standard rates will be applied once the freight is received at the warehouse or the facility. For further details, please see
Inbound/Outbound Freight Handling under the Order Services button in the upper left corner.
Outbound Shipping is recommended to be done through MCS. We offer a Return to Warehouse option in which your show representative will come to the MCS Service Desk during Exhibitor Move-In/Move-Out times to get pink RTW stickers. Once your representative has these, they will put them on their freight with the information that is necessary on the sticker. From there, they can either leave the freight in the booth with the stickers on them and our team will come to retrieve the freight and take it back to our warehouse in order to either ship your freight out via MCS Choice the next business day (please see Inbound/Outbound Freight Handling under the Order Services button in the upper left corner) or your show representative can put their own prepaid shipping labels on the freight without the RTW sticker and they will be picked up by your carrier the next business day.
Please Note: All inbound shipments must have a Material Handling Agreement (attached PDF in the left-hand menu) in which you can enter all the information in blue which includes if you would like us to use your preferred carrier via your account to have it picked up and shipped back. Also, please include the timeframe in which it is needed back (next day, 2nd business day, ground, etc.).
All freight must have paperwork completed with a preferred carrier or MCS Choice listed. If the freight is not picked up and/or does not have paperwork, it will become forced MCS Choice.
