- Direct shipments will only be accepted during official Exhibitor Move-In hours with advance notice to MCS (see the Show Schedule at the beginning of this kit).
- Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, September 2, 2026 - Tuesday, October 6, 2026
- Shipments received outside these dates will incur a late fee.
- Freight arriving after Tuesday, October 6, 2026 cannot be guaranteed for on-time delivery before show opening. Additional charges may apply for expedited handling or trucking.
Outbound Freight
- MCS recommends using our Return to Warehouse (RTW) service for outbound shipping.
- Visit the MCS Service Desk during move-in/move-out to pick up pink Freight Handling/RTW stickers and fill them out with the final destination information.
- Apply stickers to all outbound freight and either bring your freight to the MCS Service Desk or leave it in your booth for pickup after turning in the Material Handling Agreement (MHA) to our service desk. Our team will return it to the warehouse and ship it via MCS Choice or your designated carrier. Please allow for up to 48 hours for your freight to be picked up with MCS Choice. Please note: If the pink RTW stickers are not filled out and adhered to each piece of freight it may be subject to storage fees and force freight.
-
- A completed MHA is required for all outbound freight. Include your preferred carrier, account number, and requested return timeframe (Next Day, 2nd Day, Ground, etc.). Please Note: If it is UPS, you must provide your own prepaid shipping labels to adhere to your freight. You are responsible for scheduling the pickup from the advance warehouse with your carrier.
- The MHA form is located under the Material Handling tab with a quick reference cheat sheet.
- All freight must have paperwork completed with a preferred carrier or MCS Choice listed. If the freight is not picked up and/or does not have paperwork, it will become forced freight MCS Choice. The exhibitor will be responsible for the charges.
